A West London flat specifically arranged for small dog safety and calm. No compromises, no "good enough."

The Physical Space

  • Secure Flat

    All windows are locked or fitted with restrictors. Balcony access is fully secured. There are no gaps, no open routes out, and no possibility of a small dog slipping somewhere unseen.

  • Smoke-Free & Clean

    Strictly smoke-free throughout. Cleaning products are pet-safe and stored away. No hazardous plants, no toxic foods left accessible, no scented candles or plug-ins near resting areas.

  • No other Pets or Children

    There are no other resident animals in the flat. There are no children. This eliminates resource guarding, unexpected rough play, and competing energy — your dog has the full space to themselves.

  • Designed for Small Dog

    Furniture is low and accessible. Resting areas are soft and at dog level. Walks are on calm residential streets, no busy roads, no off-lead areas that would overwhelm a small or anxious dog.

Health Requirements

  • Vaccinations & Microchip

    All dogs must be fully vaccinated and microchipped. Proof of a current vaccination record is required before the meet & greet is confirmed. No exceptions this protects everyone.

  • Flea & Worming Treatment

    Dogs must be up-to-date with flea and worming treatments before their stay. We will ask for confirmation at the meet & greet stage. This is a firm requirement, not a polite suggestion.

Emergency Preparedness

In the event of any health concern, however minor, we contact you immediately and act on your instructions and those of your regular vet.

During the intake process, we collect your dog’s full vet contact details, their medical history, any known sensitivities, and your emergency contact. This information stays private and is only used if needed.

We are fully insured for care and custody. DBS checked (enhanced). A written emergency action plan is in place. You will never be left wondering what would happen if something went wrong,  because we’ve already thought it through.
